Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your claim quickly, please include a photo of the issue — no need to return the item.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
